ARK 147 in Bern is involved in the planning, implementation and operation of the large building complex located at Murtenstrasse 147 in Bern. Responsibility for the hotel is among its responsibilities within this project.

The activities of Tulac (Holding) are devoted to the purchase, sale, and operation of hotels and the development of tourism projects. The holdings of Tulac include the hotels 'Athmos' in La Chaux de Fonds, and 'Beaulac' in Neuchâtel.
